Fra tjekliste for studerende til viden og refleksion hos underviseren – om videnspotentialet i udviklingsprojekter

Resumé

Udviklingsprojekter kan være en lærerig proces for universitetsundervisere. Projekterne kan give nye indsigter, som kan understøtte refleksion samt læring hos underviseren og dermed bidrage til udvikling og forbedring af undervisningen.

Artiklen omhandler et udviklingsprojekt, som blev gennemført i forbindelse med universitets-pædagogikum. I udviklingsprojektet introduceres og afprøves en prædefineret tjekliste til studerendes opgavevejledning på kandidatuddannelsen i Klinisk Sygepleje ved Det Sundhedsvidenskabelige Fakultet ved Syddansk Universitet. Evalueringen af projektet viste, at behovet for udvikling i vejledningssituationen pegede i en anden retning. De studerende var gode til hver især at bruge tjeklisten, og denne var en støtte for dem i skriveprocessen, men de studerende fik ikke det fulde potentiale ud af tjeklisten, fordi de ikke brugte hinanden som peers og ikke var introduceret til formålet med den peer-feedback, som var et væsentligt element i klyngevejledningen.

Udviklingsprojektet har bidraget med viden om, at vejledergruppen skal blive bedre til at introducere og facilitere klyngevejledning, så de studerende får rammerne for det bedst mulige læringsudbytte.
