Resumé

Artiklen giver en personlig beskrivelse af, hvordan fodboldskoler i Balkan og Trans Kaukasus blev udviklet, baseret på den ideologi, at fodbold kan opbygge og etablere forbindelser mellem børn og voksne fra forskellige segmenter af befolkningen, der på grund af krig bor adskilt.

Anders Levinsen, Cross Cultures Project Association

Anders Levinsen is Managing Director and founder of Cross Cultures and the Open Fun Football Schools, established in 1998/99. Anders has a M.Sc. in Social Geography and Danish from Roskilde University. He has worked as a Coordinator for The Danish Refugee Council and as an Advisor for Amphion-ENCORE (European Negotiation and Conflict Resolution). Anders has also worked as an aid relief worker for UNHCR (The UN Refugee Agency) in Iraq, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Furthermore, Anders has experience as a football player in primary and secondary leagues in the Danish football teams B93 and AB-Copenhagen. Not least Anders has been a football coach for different Danish football teams.
