Gerald R. Gems, North Central College, Naperville, Illinois

Gerald Gems received his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland. He is currently a Professor at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. Gerald is the past President of the North American Society for Sport History and a member of the Executive Council of the International Society for the History of Physical Education and Sport. Gerald has authored or co-authored 8 books and more than 150 articles.
