Abstract
Højresidig hjertetrombe er en livstruende og underdiagnosticeret tilstand ved tromboemboliske komplikationer.
Ultralydsundersøgelse af hjertet (FATE) i den akutte fase kan påvise højresidige hjertetromber, og dermed bidrage til hurtig diagnostik og behandling.
Vi præsenterer en case af en 55-årig multimorbid mand med ekkokardiografisk påvist højresidig hjertetrombe, som er yderligere kompliceret af en saddel lungeembolus.
