Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is 1,4 spaced; uses a 12-point font (times new roman); employs italics, rather than underlining; and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

 

Authors:

When you contract with the publisher to publish a work, we collect the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Address (either home or work address)
  • Phone number (if provided)

We only share the information that is necessary for our partners to provide their services. Our partners are data processors for us and work solely on our instructions. We retain control of all information.

You can at any time request information about what personal data we have on you. You must send the request to sprogforum@hum.ku.dk

Deletion of inactive users on journal.

User information is retained as long as the user is active. If the user has not been active for a year, the user will be contacted via email. If the user does not respond to this email, the user account and their information will be deleted after 1 month. However, if the user has participated in editorial tasks (e.g. as an editor, guest editor or reviewer) or has submitted an article to a journal, the user information and user account will be retained for 3 years after the last completed editorial task or submission.
