Fra mistrivsel til resiliens i et digitaliseret arbejdsliv - et alternativt perspektiv

Digitaliseringen har medført transformerende forandringer på arbejdspladsen, hvilket åbner for både muligheder og udfordringer. Teknologirelateret mistrivsel er stigende og medfører skadelige og omkostningsfulde konsekvenser for både medarbejdere og organisationer. Med denne artikel argumenterer vi for, at medarbejdertrivsel, i relation til det digitaliserede arbejdsliv, bør betragtes som en fælles organisatorisk værdi, der bedst sikres med en kollektiv og organisatorisk indsats. Med begrebet organisatorisk resiliens tilbyder denne artikel et nyt perspektiv på håndteringen af den belastning, som digitaliseringen medfører. Med udgangspunkt i fem centrale tendenser relateret til mistrivsel i det digitaliserede arbejdsliv foreslår vi tre handlingsrettede strategier i form af at fremme netværksaktiviteter, understøtte kontinuerlig læring og øge tilpasningsevnen. Ved at integrere teorier fra to forskellige forskningsfelter tilbyder vi et alternativt perspektiv på, hvordan organisationer kan styrke deres resiliens og fremme et sundere og mere tilpasningsdygtigt arbejdsliv i en digital æra.
