Redaktørernes rammesætning af LOM#28. I denne editorial præsenteres baggrunden for temanummeret og nummeets artikler præsenteres kort. Endelig vurderes det færdige nummer i forhold til ambitionerne med call'et til dette temanummer, og der perspektiveres til den uddannelsesmæssige udvikling og politiske prioriteringer i forhold til denne i Danmark.
