Fem praksisser til at skabe bæredygtige idrætsmiljøer i skole og fritid

Abstract

Idrætsundervisning og ungdomsidræt er to kontekster, der rummer et væsentligt potentiale i forhold til at understøtte trivsel og sociale relationer blandt børn og unge mennesker. I den forbindelse kan idrætslærere og trænere beskrives som kulturelle ledere. Denne artikel formidler indsigter fra et forskningsprojekt, der har sit teoretiske afsæt i Scheins begreb om kulturelle indlejringsmekanismer. Indsigterne bygger på både et litteraturreview, fokusgruppeinterviews, en tænketank og pilottests. Artiklen fremlægger på den baggrund fem praksisser, som karakteriserer træneren og læreren som kulturel leder. Hensigten er at inspirere studerende, trænere og idrætslærere til at udføre empiriske undersøgelser inden for området.
