Abstract
Koblet til digitale medier er vi som brugere konstant forbundet til mekanismer og interessenter, som opererer med en hastighed, der langt overgår den menneskelige opfattelse af tid. Denne artikel vil ved hjælp af Jonathan Cayley og David C. Howes værk Some Things We Are diskutere den forskydning i tilstedeværelse, som digitale medier foranlediger. Artiklen vil forsøge at udpege denne forskydning i vores medierede virkelighed generelt, samt hvordan værket belyser dette.
