Undervisningsmateriale er normalt beskyttet af ophavsretsloven. Og når det handler om det undervisningsmateriale, lærerne selv laver, er det som udgangspunkt dem selv, der har ophavsretten. Som lærer har man f.eks. ophavsret til sine PowerPoint-handouts eller til sine undervisningsvideoer og fotografier. Hvis man bruger materiale, andre har lavet, i sit undervisningsmateriale, f.eks. klip på Youtube eller tekststykker fra bøger, skal man selvfølgelig have tilladelse eller tjekke sin Copydan-aftale.Downloads
