Fravalgt som talent!
Den afsluttende spillersamtale som forum for re-orientering af fodboldtalenters selvforståelse og fremtidsperspektiver
Resumé
Størsteparten af de spillere, der indgår i talentudvikling i danske fodboldklubber, ender med at blive fravalgt inden senioreliten. Alligevel findes der ikke mange studier af, hvordan fravælgelsen gøres meningsfuld for spillerne. Gennem et etnografisk studie af de afsluttende spillersamtaler med U19-spillerne i danske topklubber undersøger vi de narrativer, som præger samtalerne. Analysen viser, at alle deltagere fortsætter med at tale om spillernes liv inden for et præstationspædagogisk narrativ, selvom spillerne ikke har en fremtid i klubben længere. På baggrund af analysen spørger vi, hvordan spillersamtalerne kan udvikles til at hjælpe spillerne bedre til at re-orientere sig i de ændrede fremtidsudsigter.
