Kreativitetsfremmende hjemmetræning under Covid-19

Resumé

COVID-19 pandemien har medført en række udviklingsmæssige potentialer og udfordringer for idrætsudøvere på alle niveauer, herunder skærpede krav til udøvernes kreativitet. Baseret på kreativitetsteori og et review af kreativitetslitteraturen i sport, præsenterer artiklen tre anbefalinger til, hvordan børne- og ungeansvarlige kan inspirere udøverne til hjemmetræning. Disse idéer kan fastholde udøvernes engagement og udvikle kreative kompetencer, der er vigtige for at håndtere udfordringer forårsaget af forandringshændelser såsom COVID-19. Det anbefales således at 1) prioritere legen, 2) bruge selvpålagte begrænsninger og 3) træne kreative kompetencer. Der beskrives endvidere tre former for kreativitetstræning og gives eksempler på konkrete opgavebegrænsninger, der kan anvendes under hjemmetræning.
