Resumé

De seneste år har portfolioen som lærings- og undervisnings-/evalueringsmedium været et omdrejningspunkt både på mange forskellige niveauer i uddannelsessystemet og i uddannelsesforskningen. Portfolioen er for de lærende et medium til at reflektere over deres læring, og for underviseren beskrives den som et medium, der giver indsigt i de lærendes læringsproces og –udbytte. Denne artikel genbeskriver portfolioen som undervisnings- og evalueringsmedium fra et systemteoretisk perspektiv samt reflekterer og eksemplificerer, hvad denne genbeskrivelse tilbyder eksisterende beskrivelser af portfolioens funktion. Genbeskrivelsen giver mulighed for at beskrive portfolioen som et medium, der understøtter observation af læring, af progression og af progression i progression, hvilket giver nye muligheder for refleksion og refleksivitet. Dermed tilbyder den nye perspektiver på spørgsmålet om portfolioens didaktiske muligheder og begrænsninger ift. at iagttage og reflektere over læring, og den understøtter iagttagelse og kommunikation om samme.
