Grammatiske oplysninger i Den Danske Ordbog

Abstract

The Danish Dictionary contains a variety of grammatical information. The primary focus is here on syntax and the more than 25,000 valency patterns and notes on auxiliary verb and constructional information given in the dictionary. The considerations underlying the notational practice are expounded, with particular attention being devoted to the lexicographically tricky cases, and finally some possible directions for future development are suggested.
