Submissions and review workflow will go digital

From 12th of January 2026 the journal will go more digital, meaning that submission and the review process will be managed online on our website through the IOJS system. During December 2025 it will not be possible to submit articles to the journal, but your are much welcome back in January 2026.

These changes are made because the management of the journal is changed. Bo Carstens and Anders Buch, who have done a super great work with the journal for mor than 10 years will leave the journal and Kristina Palm will be the new editor in chief and Annica Asp will be the new journal manager. 

There will probably be some bumps in the road the first months. We are sorry for that, but we will do our best to make this transition as smooth as possible. We are looking forward to new submissions of articles in January.
