Felipe Botelho Correa is a literary and cultural scholar with interests spanning literature, music, film, language, and print culture from the Portuguese-speaking worlds, with an emphasis on Brazil.  

Felipe joined the Department of Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies at King’s College London in 2013, after studying at the Universities of Oxford (PhD in Modern Languages), Brown, USA (postgraduate visiting scholar) and PUC-Rio, Brazil (MPhil and BA in Media Studies). 

He has held visiting fellowships at Princeton University and the National Autonomous University of Mexico, as well as lecturing in various universities in the UK, USA, and Brazil.
