Resumé

This article claims that prominent literary works published and discussed in Denmark in the 2010s strive to avert irony, seeking a solid basis. Examples include Karl Ove Knausgård’s project of documentation; Asta Olivia Nordenhof’s straight, clear-sighted addressal; Jonas Eika’s search for a neutral voice inspired by Simone Weil; and the decade’s agitated debates about Yahya Hassan and Christina Hagen.
