Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Articles under review elsewhere are not accepted.
Articles must be written in the template provided on the website. It can be downloaded here.

They must be uploaded at the website, even if they may have been also given or sent directly to an editor.The authors are responsible for making sure that their article is written in correct English, with or without professional help.
Notes are footnotes and are kept to a minimum.
Maximum size is 8.000 words, including footnotes, but not including references.
The APA standard is used for references.
Authors must provide an abstract of approximately 200 words and at least 4 suitable keywords. This information is very important since this is what search engines browse first.
Copyright for any images and videos must be secured by the author.
After submission, authors receive notice and further instructions from the appointed primary editor of their article.
Materials submitted to the journal will be kept confidential until publishing. Only editors and reviewers may access.

Privacy Statement

The names and email addresses entered on this site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the journals and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.  

Information about a user will be saved as long as the user is active. If the user has been inactive for a year, the user will be contacted by e-mail. If the user does not respond to this e-mail, the user account and information about the user will be deleted after 1 month. If the user has participated in editorial work (e.g. as an editor, guest editor, or reveiwer), or has submitted an article to a journal, the user account and information will be saved for 3 years after the last editorial job or submission.
