Articles

Research papers can be either theoretical or empirical. All research papers published in NOMAD has been peer-reviewed in our double blinded peer-review process. Reviews are made by experts in the field and/or members of the editorial committee. An author submitting a manuscript to NOMAD will normally receive notice of reception within two weeks. The manuscript will be assigned to an editor-in-charge, who will take care of all further communication with the corresponding author regarding the article. The editor will make a first evaluation of the article to see that it complies with the guidelines for NOMAD. If the outcome of this evaluation is positive, the article will be sent to reviewers. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two persons. Based on reports from the reviewers the editor produces a final review report with a decision.
