KVANT November 2025 spans topics ranging from climate modelling and cosmic nucleosynthesis to quantum technology, data visualisation, and the history of science. The issue demonstrates the breadth and coherence of physics by linking fundamental theories with concrete societal applications. The articles show how physical models—from atmospheric dynamics to atomic-scale simulations—shape our understanding of both nature and technology. At the same time, physics’ cultural and historical role is placed in perspective through contributions on aluminium and nuclear weapons. With the KVANT21 project, the magazine also points ahead toward education and recruitment. Altogether, the issue is a strong reminder of the continued relevance of physics, both academically and societally.
