This paper was written during my practical part of the Adjunkt pædagogikum in the spring and fall of 2009 of the course Higher Education Teaching and Teaching Practice Programme. During the preparation of this paper I have had several benefitting and contributing conversations with my supervisor and fellow Assistant Professors at the department.
