Abstract

Denne artikel spørger, i hvilken udstrækning begrebet policyprofessionelle med rimelighed kan anvendes i en dansk kontekst. Dette undersøges ved at studere kompetenceprofiler blandt ansatte i forskellige typer organisationer så som interesseorganisationer, tænketanke og public affairs-virksomheder. Artiklen består af en teoretisk del, der afklarer begrebet om policyprofessionelle i relation til beslægtede begreber, og en empirisk del, der har en eksplorativ karakter og primært består af kvalitative interviews. Konklusionen er, at begrebet policyprofessionel er relevant, når man vil forstå, hvordan magten udøves i Danmark.
