Abstract

Este trabalho investiga as condições da resposta comunitária ao caso da boate Kiss, revisitadas através dos conteúdos da mídia local, o jornal A Razão e o Diário de Santa Maria. Esses dados são trabalhados por meio do Método de Análise de Conteúdo, sendo reorganizados mediante categorias e unidades temáticas que remetem aos locais de ocorrência e à natureza das formas de resposta. O período analisado vai desde o incêndio (2013) até o ano de 2019. Os locais mapeados foram o prédio da
boate Kiss; o Centro Desportivo Municipal; as ruas; a Praça Saldanha Marinho; os Colégios Franciscano e Marista; o Gabinete do Executivo
Municipal (SUCV); a Câmara Municipal de Vereadores; o Ministério Público; e a Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM). As unidades temáticas identificadas referem-se ao momento de choque, à resposta imediata e às estratégias de enfrentamento. Esse mapeamento gerou uma proposição de espacialização representada em um mapa digital
interativo.

Dani Marin, Universidade Federal de Pelotas

Dani Marin Amparo Rangel, Master and PhD student in Social Memory and Cultural Heritage at the Federal University of Pelotas. Museologist graduated from the same University. She researches dynamics of community response to disasters. Member of the Center for Studies on Memory and Heritage in Places of Suffering (NEMPLuS) of the PPGMP - UFPel.

Juliane Serres, Universidade Federal de Pelotas

Juliane Conceição Primon Serres, PhD in History from the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (2009). Professor at the Federal University of Pelotas in the Postgraduate Program in Social Memory and Cultural Heritage and in the Undergraduate Courses in Museology and Conservation and Restoration. She researches the following themes: history, museums and heritage linked to health, processes of patrimonialization and patrimonialization in places of suffering.
