IntroduktionAkutte kontakter skyldes ofte åndenød eller brystsmerter pga. underliggende hjerte-lungesygdom. Point-of-care hjerteultralyd anvendes ofte i den primære patientgennemgang integreret med klinisk undersøgelse, hvorimod efterfølgende vurderinger udelukkende er baseret på symptomer, vitalværdier og blodprøver.
Formål
I et systematisk review at undersøge sammenhængen mellem serielle ændringer i dynamiske hjerteultralydsparametre og prognose hos voksne akutte kontakter.
Metoder
Studier med voksne akutte kontakter, der får foretaget hjerteultralyd mindst to gange under indlæggelsen, bliver inkluderet. Mekanisk ventilerede patienter bliver ekskluderet. En systematisk søgning bliver foretaget på PubMed, Cochrane, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science og Google Scholar. Den grå litteratur søges i OpenGrey og ProQuest. Igangværende forsøg søges i ClinicalTrials og International Clinical Trials Registry Platform. Bias vurderes i henhold til studiedesign vha. Joanna Briggs Institutets værktøjer til kritisk vurdering. Hvis muligt bliver resultaterne syntetiseret i en metaanalyse, ellers i narrativ form.
Diskussion
Resultaterne forventes at give indsigt i, hvorledes man kan monitorere og guide behandlingen baseret på serielle målinger af hjertets funktion på ultralyd.
