Risk and Responsibility in the Neoliberal State: A Study of Contemporary Illness Narrative

Resumé

Rishi Goyal is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Emergency Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center. He obtained his PhD in English Literature and his MD from Columbia University. The title of his PhD dissertation is: The 'last but one but on': Old age and the modernist novel. He teaches at the Institute of Comparative Literature and Society, work with medical residents in the Emergency Department, and teaches in the medical school (Foundation of Clinical Medicine).
