About the Journal

CFA Scientific Reports was created as a means for publishing scientific reports, working papers and similar scientific publications from the Danish Centre for Studies in Research and Research Policy (CFA). All content published in CFA Scientific Reports has been approved by the editorial board as being scientific content, produced in part or wholly by scientific staff at the research centre. There is no formal peer review process.

We publish all content open access, but are not open for submissions from outside of the research centre.

Scope

Publications in CFA Scientific Reports cover a broad range of topics within:

  • research policy,
  • research evaluation,
  • research funding,
  • bibliometric and scientometric research,
  • sociology of science,
  • the role of gender in academia,
  • responsible research,
  • ethics in research,
  • citizen science

Reports can be self-financed, commissioned or part of research projects.
