Abstract
Kay Akselbo addresses one of the most ambitious boundary questions between physics and philosophy: the relationship between consciousness and cosmological structure. Building on earlier discussions of the non-absolute nature of space and time, he introduces two complementary “experimental setups”—one describing an external causal physical world, and the other an internal world of consciousness. The argument draws parallels to Bohr’s principle of complementarity and challenges the reader to accept mutually exclusive yet necessary descriptions of reality. Intellectually demanding and provocative, the article invites discussion about the ontological foundations of physics.
