Manuscripts must follow the Author Guidelines and Submission Preparation Checklist and be submitted through the online submission system. Authors must provide complete metadata, 3–8 keywords, references, required declarations, and data or code availability information where applicable.

Authors may use generative AI and AI-assisted tools only in accordance with the journal’s policy. AI systems cannot be authors. Substantive use of generative AI in manuscript preparation—beyond straightforward spelling, grammar, language correction, formatting, or similar technical assistance—must be disclosed. The disclosure should identify the tool or system, its purpose, and the nature and extent of its contribution. When AI forms part of the research method or object of study, authors must report its use with sufficient methodological detail for scholarly evaluation and, where reasonably possible, reproducibility. Authors remain fully responsible for all submitted content and must independently verify factual statements, calculations, references, quotations, analyses, code, and other AI-assisted outputs. Original authoritative sources, rather than generative AI, must support evidentiary claims.

The journal charges no submission fee, article processing charge, publication fee, page charge, or colour charge. For manuscript-preparation or submission questions, contact submissions@ecosystemintelligence.academy.
