A Florentine patrician’s thoughts on age and aging

Age, Culture, Humanities is pleased to share some fresh original research in its 10th issue:

Laura Cayrol-Bernardo from the University of Bergen analyzes the 73 letters that the Florentine patrician Alessandra Macinghi negli Strozzi (1408-1471) wrote to her three sons. The article is part of the special issue “Investigating Life Cycles,” co-edited by Andrea von Hülsen-Esch and Laura Cayrol-Bernardo.
