Kongres om finanspolitik

The International Institute of Public Finance will hold its 46th Congress in Brussels in August 1990 on the theme of »Public Finance with Several Levels of Governments«. Topics to be discussed include: existing and optimal allocation of taxes, and of expenditures, between various levels of governments (local, regional, national, intergovernmental transfers; harmonization or coordination of policies conducted at different levels (vertical or at the same level (horizontal harmonization).

Prospective authors are invited to send a brief (300-500 words) abstract of proposed papers together with a brief resumé in English or French before June 311989 to the Chairman of the Scientific Committee: Professor Rémy Prud'homme, L'OEIL, Université de Paris XII, 94010, Créteil Cedex, France; Tel 33 1 42 07 39 97; Telex 215 653 F; Telefax 33 1 42 07 70 12.

These abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and authors notified before Oct. 31,1989. The lIPF does not cover travel expenditures.
