The 38 th conference of the International Institute of Public Finance will be held on 23-26 August 1982 in Copenhagen. Local organizer will be The Local Governments' Research Institute on Public Finance and Administration (Amtskommunernes og Kommunernes Forskningsinstitut, Nytorv 11, 1450 København K.).

The Topic of the congress of Public Finance be Inefficiency in the Public Sector. International Society of Public Economics usually invites also non-members representatives of other disciplines to contribute.
