Som et Led i den geologiske Undersøgelse af Grønland har Magister Lauge Koch planlagt en Expedition til Østgrønland med den nye Koloni i Scoresby Sund som Basis. Lauge Kodh vil afrejse til Østgrønland Somren 1926 og under Expeditionen kun væne ledsaget af Eskimoer. I Foraarel 1927 foretages en Slæderejse fra Scoresby Sund til Danmarks Havn og tilbage; denne Rejses Formaal er en geologisk Undersøgelse af Kysten. Senere paa Sommeren startes der med friske Hunde op paa Indlandsisen, hvorefter Lauge Koch gaiar tværs over denne til Disko Bugt; paa Indlandsisen foretages meteorologiske og glaciologiske Undersøgelser. Koch hjemgaar Efteraaret 1927 med Skib fra Vestgrønland.

SUMMARY New Greenland-Expedition.

Lauge Koch will start an Expedition to East-Greenland; he will leave Copenhagen July 1926. The head-quarter of the Expedition will bee the new Danish colony in Scoresby Sound. During the spring 1927 Koch will, accompagnied with 2 Eskimos make a geological survey of the coast between Scoresby Sound and Denmark Harbour; later on in the summer he will ascend the „Indlandsis" and cross Greenland to Disco Bay. Koch expects to return late in the summer 1927 from West-Greenland.
